Recent CWP Alum Receives Honorable Mention In Kendra Koivu Paper Award

Yuan Wang's 2021 APSA paper, “Executive Agency and State Capacity in Development: Comparing Sino-African Railways in Kenya and Ethiopia,” has been awarded an honorable mention for the Kendra Koivu Paper Award given by APSA’s Qualitative and Multi-Method Research Section.
