Bio: Henrietta Levin served as Deputy China Coordinator for Global Affairs at the U.S. Department of State in Washington, DC. She previously served as Director for China and Director for Southeast Asia at the White House National Security Council, and held several positions at the State Department, including in the U.S. Mission to the United Nations; the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs; the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor; and Embassy Beijing. She entered the civil service as a Presidential Management Fellow in the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Henrietta is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations and holds three State Department Superior Honor Awards. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and a Master of Public Diplomacy degree from the University of Southern California.
